之前提问的内容控件目前可以添加，但是使用方式存在疑问

选中文字无法添加，我想要用户添加到这里，是否是删除之后再添加

您好，doc文档本身是不支持内容控件的。
你可以将该文档用wps客户端打开试试，看看是否能插入内容控件。
